Recent Activities:

01. In the financial year 2020-2021, under the revenue sector, 60 (sixty) farmers were imparted training on improved management of shrimp farming, kai, shing and magur farming.

02. Under the Sustainable Coastal and Marine Fisheries Project, cash incentives were provided to 856 (eight hundred and fifty eight) affected farmers in Covid-19A.

03. Under the Sustainable Coastal and Marine Fisheries Project, 25 boat owners and sailors were trained on post-harvest care and conservation methods.

04. Under the Union Level Fisheries Technology Services Expansion Project Phase II (2nd Amendment), 74 farmers were trained and 09 (nine) exhibitions and 01 (one) CBG farm were set up.

05. 05 (five) canals were re-dug through the project of increasing fish production through reservoir reform.
